| As Executive Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer, Bryan Drakulich is responsible for
Network growth, as well as the development and
implementation of all support and training programs for the
Network, including Help-U-Sell University, and all regional,
broker and associate training for the company. Bryan
coordinates regional and franchise support programs with
Regional Directors and Broker Owners in independently owned
and operated regions. |
| Bryan is a 24-year veteran of the
Help-U-Sell Network and a licensed broker for 27 years with
extensive experience in residential and commercial sales.
Prior to joining the Executive Team, Bryan was the Regional
Director for Help-U-Sell Nevada and Orange County,
California Regions, and owned and operated the top producing
Help-U-Sell franchise for nine years. |

Laura D. Buser |
| Senior Vice President, Chief
Marketing Officer |
| As Chief Marketing Officer, Laura
Buser oversees the development and implementation of all
marketing and communications programs, including marketing,
advertising, public relations, brand management, strategic
planning, events, and promotions. She is also responsible
for the management of all external advertising, marketing,
and public relations vendors. |
| Laura's experience covers more than
15 years in marketing and public relations in the real
estate and auto finance industries. With over ten
years at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, she
was Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing, responsible
for all aspects of real estate and relocation marketing,
communications, public relations, proposals, events and
management of a multi-million dollar national advertising
fund. Prior to Prudential, she worked at The White
House in The Office of Presidential Advance and held a
senior Corporate Communications position at Triad Financial
Corporation. |
