Help-U-Sell Real Estate's
Consumer-Focused Set-Fee Model Saved Consumers $400 Million
in 2006 |
|
Chairman Steve Ozonian Invites Consumers to Experience
the Same Full Service as a Traditional Broker without the
Costly Commission Fee |
|
Irvine, CA (January 2007) - Realty Information Systems, dba
Help-U-Sell Real Estate is pleased to announce that in 2006
the company saved residential real estate consumers $400
million compared to what they would have spent paying
traditional 6% broker commission fees. Despite a slower
housing market, the company also opened over 60 franchises
in the U.S., 14 offices in South Africa and has entered the
Philippines. |
|
Help-U-Sell Chairman Steve Ozonian said "With Help-U-Sell
offices on the rise and consumers saving millions of dollars
annually with our cost-efficient full service model, it's
apparent that the housing market is undergoing a
transformation. Consumers are growing more concerned about
protecting their equity while consistently perceiving broker
commission fees as being unrelated to the cost of the
services delivered. The Help-U-Sell model was designed to
put a stop to the unfair burden of the traditional broker
commission structure." |
|
With the housing market cooling off and expected to show
only modest improvement in 2007, Help-U-Sell Chairman Steve
Ozonian invites residential real estate consumers to take
advantage of the following benefits when using the company's
full service set-fee model over a traditional real estate
broker, and in turn saving thousands of dollars on the sale
of their home: |
|
Experience the same full service and expertise as with a
traditional broker without paying the costly 6% commission
fee. Help-U-Sell's licensed agents, who charge a
professional fee rather than a percentage of the home's
market value, will manage the entire transaction from
listing to closing including handling all negotiations,
offering referrals to ancillary service providers, showing
the seller's home, and providing expert advice and
representation. |
|
Utilize the savings on important financial needs. A
savings of $15,000 or more for using a Help-U-Sell licensed
broker over a traditional broker on the sale of a $500,000
home can be used for a down payment on a new home, home
renovations and new furnishings, or college tuition and
loans. |
|
Help-U-Sell guarantees advertising of properties, not of
their agents. Help-U-Sell's agents, who are members of the
National Association of Realtors®, market properties using a
proven combination of advertising, direct mail and web
exposure. Buyers can preview over 2,000,000 listings
on Help-U-Sell.com, which are also seen on Realtor.com,
Yahoo! Classifieds, Google Base, Trulia.com, Oodle.com,
Homeseekers.com, PrivateForSale.com, CityCribs.com,
Bargain.com and Owners.com. Sellers are assured that
they will receive a customized service and a fair return on
their property without respect to the price of their home. |
|
Help-U-Sell Chairman Steve Ozonian's mission with
Help-U-Sell is to forever change the way consumers view
buying and selling residential real estate, leveraging the
company's consumer-centric model that recognizes consumers
are paying too much for residential real estate
transactions. Ozonian joined the Board of Directors of
Help-U-Sell in January 2006 because he firmly believes the
company's full service set-fee model is the future of
residential real estate. In December 2006, REALTOR Magazine
named Ozonian as one of the "25 Most Influential Thought
Leaders in Real Estate." |
