Indiana Broker-Owner Receives Top Company Award

Terre Haute, Ind. – Help-U-Sell® Options Unlimited and its broker-owner Brenda Fischer received a national honor at Help-U-Sell® Real Estate’s annual Success Summit last month. Named after the company’s founder, the Don Taylor Award recognizes a broker who exemplifies excellence in all areas of the company’s system.

“It’s such an honor to be presented with the Don Taylor Award,” Fischer says. “This is our seventh year as a Help-U-Sell franchisee, and we feel that we have achieved a presence in the community. People now know who we are and always comment about our signs being everywhere. Receiving this award gives me high hopes for the future of Help-U-Sell in the Wabash Valley.”

During the past few years, Help-U-Sell Options Unlimited has been active in the community by marching in the annual Terre Haute Labor Day Parade, and the brokerage has sponsored a Little League team. With just three agents, including broker-owner Fischer, the office has a 6.3 percent market share in the Terre Haute area.

“I couldn't be more pleased to give the honor of the Don Taylor Award to Help-U-Sell Options Unlimited,” says Ron McCoy, vice president of business development. “Brenda has done a tremendous job representing the Help-U-Sell Real Estate brand in her local market. She maintains a constant and persistent work ethic, all the while keeping an overwhelmingly positive attitude.”
