Sarasota, Fla. – Help-U-Sell® Real Estate is continuing to keep its franchisees happy, according to a survey conducted by national franchise market research firm Franchise Business Review. This is the fourth year that the real estate company has rated among the top franchises in the United States, and the first year it has moved into the top five among real estate franchises.
The awards program, called the FBR50, is now in its tenth year and is the only program that ranks companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction. The full list of winners can be accessed on the FBR50 website. Awards are given in 17 industry categories, including Automotive, Finance & Tax, Home Services, and Travel.
“I couldn't be more proud of our achievement in ranking among the top five in the real estate category this year. Sure, we’ve got some of the best tools, systems, and technology in the industry, but this honor is more about our people,” said Ron McCoy, Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s vice president of business development. “Undoubtedly, we have the finest group of real estate professionals any franchise organization could ever want. They’re determined, passionate and steadfast in focus and integrity. Their ability to deliver the very best service, all while preserving consumer equity, is the backbone of our success, and for that, we’re exceedingly grateful.”
Weekly, free training sessions in technology and marketing, and the latest technology tools, are examples of the ways Help-U-Sell Real Estate supports its franchisees. Plans for 2015 include a new buyer consultant training program and a responsive website, as well as free in-person training events in Hawaii and Las Vegas.
Franchise Business Review asked current Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchisees more than 50 questions to assess their satisfaction with the company. The survey included 33 benchmark questions relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction as well as market area, business lifestyle, and other demographic characteristics.

About Help-U-Sell Real Estate
Created in 1976, the Help-U-Sell Real Estate model was the pioneer for providing an alternative to the dated commission structure, something that had gone uncontested for years in a market overrun by a monopoly of traditional brokerage firms. Help-U-Sell Real Estate forged a revolution in the real estate industry by proactively challenging the commission structure, and has continued to perfect its full-service set-fee model today.
