The tool uses local Multiple Listing Service data to display statistics such as median list prices, average square footage, days on market, and total inventory for the selected city, time frame and listing type. Charts compare the number of properties sold per month and the median price per square foot, among other facts.
In addition to graphs and charts, written sections explain the status of the local real estate market. Help-U-Sell Real Estate brokers can personalize certain elements, and the brokers’ contact information is included.

A broker who wants to use Market Sketch as a lead-generation tool can opt to require registration before a consumer can view the most recent statistics.
Drip email campaigns have been created to promote Market Sketch to buyers and to sellers. Brokers can also use the information in blog posts and posts to their social media accounts.
The broker’s current listings are displayed in the right-hand column to encourage browsing properties for sale. The page also shows national mortgage rates and news, updated daily.
