Sarasota, Fla. – For the third year in a row, Help-U-Sell® Real Estate has rated among the top franchises in the United States based on the results of a survey of the company’s franchisees. The survey was conducted by national franchise market research firm Franchise Business Review.
The awards program, called the FBR50, is now in its ninth year and is the only program that ranks companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction. The full list of winners can be accessed on the FBR50 website. Awards are given in 19 industry categories, including Food, Retail, Home Services, and Senior Care.

In 2013, the franchise’s offices increased production, measured by number of closed transaction sides, by 20 percent compared with 2012. Weekly, free training sessions in technology and marketing, as well as a comprehensive new online training program, are examples of the ways Help-U-Sell Real Estate supports its franchisees. The company also added four new franchise offices during the last three months of 2013.
Franchise Business Review surveyed current Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchisees to assess their satisfaction with the company. The survey included 33 benchmark questions relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction as well as market area, business lifestyle, and other demographic characteristics. More than 26,000 franchisees representing more than 350 franchise brands participated this year.
